The invested funds will go toward different repairs that will maintain the safety of the facilities and keep the ports in optimal operating condition.

The first steps will involve finalizing the different preliminary studies required, establishing the road alignment, surveying, preparing a contaminated material management plan, conducting an environmental impact assessment and completing the final plans and specifications.
